What I do

Connecting people, process, and technology.

My experience sits at the intersection of website product management, development, and web operations. I turn business objectives into clear requirements, coordinate work across teams, test the details, support successful launches, and help ensure websites remain useful long after they go live.

Much of my work has placed me between clients, account teams, designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders. I’m comfortable discussing goals with a client, organizing requirements for a development team, coordinating with creative partners, testing finished work, and explaining technical concepts in plain language.

My experience includes WordPress and .NET websites, ecommerce maintenance, content management, quality assurance, troubleshooting, analytics, process documentation, and client support.

Practical tools for better work

I’ve worked with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, GitHub, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, and Python. I’m also interested in thoughtful uses of AI that improve documentation, requirements gathering, content workflows, troubleshooting, and project delivery.

My path

A varied career with one common thread.

My career has taken me through advertising, digital marketing, broadcasting, nonprofit communications, website production, and real-time information management. Across those roles, the work has consistently been about organizing information, connecting people, solving problems, and creating useful experiences.

Agency work

Website leadership and operations

At Walz Tetrick, I led and supported website enhancements, ecommerce initiatives, maintenance, QA, documentation, and coordination across client and internal teams.

Implementation

Launches and client support

At GlynnDevins, I managed website implementations and support for senior living organizations. At Deluxe, I guided small-business clients through website production from requirements to launch.

Earlier work

Information, media, and community

My background also includes real-time traffic operations at HERE Maps, digital content for broadcasting organizations, and website and social media work for Adaptive Skate Kollective.

Creative roots

Art taught me how to look. Technology taught me how to build.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art–Computer Multimedia from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. That combination continues to shape how I approach digital work.

I care about how a website looks, but I’m equally interested in how it functions, how people navigate it, and how easily the team behind it can maintain and improve it.

01 / PLAN

Make the work clear

Define the objective, gather requirements, organize priorities, and give teams a practical path forward.

02 / CONNECT

Bridge the disciplines

Help clients, creative teams, developers, and stakeholders understand one another and move together.

03 / IMPROVE

Think beyond launch

Build for maintenance, accessibility, continuous improvement, and the people who use the experience.

Kansas City + beyond

Midtown is home.

After spending several years in Chicago, I returned to Kansas City and now live in Midtown. I’m a dedicated urbanist with a strong interest in the neighborhoods, public spaces, transportation, local businesses, and everyday connections that make cities work.

That interest overlaps with how I think about websites. Good cities and good digital experiences both need thoughtful structure, clear pathways, accessibility, and an understanding of the people who use them.

When I’m away from the screen, I collect vinyl records and spend time exploring Kansas City. Whether I’m discovering a record, learning more about the city, or finding a better way to solve a digital problem, curiosity is usually what keeps me moving.
