The Challenge

The association needed a website that could organize a wide range of resident information without becoming difficult to navigate or maintain. Resources, security information, utilities, community news, and contact details all needed a clear home. The job was bigger than making the site look current. The rebuilt experience also had to stay useful after launch—on every screen size and through ongoing content changes.

What I Owned

I rebuilt the site in WordPress, translated the project needs into responsive page structures, tested the finished experience, and continued supporting the site after launch.

01 / Responsive WordPress implementation
Built the site experience in WordPress with responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
02 / Reusable layouts and content structures
Created repeatable page patterns so information could stay organized as the site evolved.
03 / Cross-device visual and functional QA
Reviewed the finished experience for layout, content, navigation, and functionality before launch.
04 / Ongoing maintenance and monthly backups
Continued supporting the website after launch and protected the work through a regular backup routine.

The Approach

Make the information easier to find—and the site easier to run.

A polished, responsive website that gives residents clearer access to community information—and gives the association a maintainable foundation for ongoing communication.

01 / Clarify — Organize the need

Separate resident tasks, association information, and community updates into understandable paths.

02 / Build — Create a system

Turn the content plan into repeatable WordPress layouts that work consistently across the site.

03 / Support — Keep it dependable

Test the site, maintain the installation, and protect the work with a regular backup routine.
